Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Hartford area. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
