Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for recycling loads in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
