Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Vale Manufacturing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for work orders in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
