Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Lumen Nest Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Louisville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 141 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for scrap and rework in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
