Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Vale Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
