Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Orchard Farms Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for harvest schedules in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
