Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind West Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Savannah region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of about 634 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for usage data in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
