Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Harborlight Field Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Baltimore, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for cleanroom operations in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
