Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Beacon Press and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
