Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Nova Lantern Housing is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
