Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bright Wilder Property Management Partners is a Sacramento property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
