Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Summit Timber Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 201 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
