Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Clearpath Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Atlanta. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for repair requests in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with repair requests. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
