Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Property Management looks after rental homes across the Dallas area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
