Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Redstone Quill Facilities Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for cleaning schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
