Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Rivermark Loom Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Madison area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for meter reading in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
