Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Ridge Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
