Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Greenridge Summit Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for lease renewals in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
