Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Lakeside Farms Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for cold storage in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
