Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
