Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Ironwood Wren Foods is a San Jose food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 64 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for ingredient orders in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
