Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge Cross Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Pittsburgh, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for billing disputes in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
