Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Property Management and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
