Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Maple Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for lease compliance in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
