Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Foxglove Oak Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Miami. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
