Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Bluepeak Wren Farms Partners supplies farm and food customers across the Spokane region. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for packing house output in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with packing house output. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
