Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Cobalt Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its San Jose plant. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for customer orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
