Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge Sable Press Partners produces print and digital publications in Chicago. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for proofing in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
