Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Nova Vale Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jackson, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
