Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge Oak Foods Group is a Austin food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for production batches in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
