Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Madison. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for unit turnovers in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
