Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Pike Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Buffalo area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for rent collection in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
