Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Amberfield Haven Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
