Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for resident events in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
