Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Highbridge River Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Albuquerque area, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for water quality in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
