Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Northwind Ivory Facilities is a facilities company in Denver with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for customer sites in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
