Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Greenridge Meadow Housing manages affordable housing communities across Salt Lake City, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
