Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Cedar Bridge Farms is an agricultural business based around Denver, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for seasonal crews in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
