Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Fernwood Lakeside Farms Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for grower contracts in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with grower contracts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
