Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Lumen Timber Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Richmond region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for project schedules in order. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
