Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Ironwood Sparrow Energy is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for hardship programmes in order. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
