Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Cedar Iron Housing Partners provides affordable homes and support services around Nashville. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for waiting lists in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
