Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Cedar Ridge Construction is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Keep tools and parts for change orders in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Trade certification or licence. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
