Maintenance Technician - on-call response (remote)

Silverline River Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Colorado Springs plant, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. Deadlines are tight and craftsmanship matters. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for paper stock in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
