Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Raleigh, NC)

Cedar Granite Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Raleigh region, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Keep tools and parts for subcontractor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
