Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Field Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Raleigh. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Keep tools and parts for resident services in order. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
