Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Portland, OR)

Bright Harbor Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Portland, and we need a Maintenance Technician to lead our on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for supply orders in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
