Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Portland, OR)

Westbrook Pike Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Portland. We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to take on on-call response. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for billing accounts in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
