Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Pittsburgh, PA)

Northwind Ridge Property Management is looking for a Maintenance Technician. The job centres on on-call response for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Keep tools and parts for vendor invoices in order. What we are looking for • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
