Maintenance Technician - on-call response (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rook Housing and adding a Maintenance Technician whose main responsibility will be on-call response. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Diagnose and repair equipment quickly and safely. • Follow lockout and safety procedures without exception. • Carry out planned maintenance and inspections on schedule. • Keep tools and parts for maintenance stores in order. • Respond to urgent calls and record what was done. What we are looking for • Ability to read manuals and simple schematics. • Several years of maintenance or trade experience. • Reliable, safe and comfortable working independently. Nice to have • Trade certification or licence. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
